Our calendar aligns with McKinney Independent School District (MISD). Our school year schedule, including holidays, mirrors the MISD calendar. Extended Care is available for full-time students on school days, including teacher in-service* days.

The first day of classes for the 2024-2025 school year will be Thursday, August 8, 2024.

In case of inclement weather, we follow McKinney Independent School District's (MISD) closures. If McKinney schools close or have a delay, we'll do the same. Check local TV, radio stations, or MISD Social Media pages for announcements. Please note, no refunds are provided for missed days due to weather, and Extended Care won't be available when Crossing Point is closed.

*In-service days may be available when McKinney ISD Employees report for in-service days. There must be a minimum of 10 students signed up for care to be provided on in-service days.
